7th grade Trip to a Synagogue

7th grade has been learning about the Holocaust in reading class. Today they visited Congregation Emanuel El B'ne Jeshuran where Rabbi Jessica gave an overview of Jewish faith and showed the Torah scrolls, Dr. Plinik led a discussion about not being a bystander, and Mr. Al Beder, a Holocaust survivor, told us his moving story.

7th grade retreat

Seventh grade had a special morning of reflection and team building led by the Campus Ministry team at Dominican H.S.

We have spent some time discussing adaptations and natural selection. This week, we mainly focused on genetics and heredity using Punnett squares.
